Our current focus is on a new client's home design of a two storey residence in Katimahar, on Jalan Tutong. Our client, has agreed to hire us and produce architectual schemes and bilateral proposals to the owner's visions and also become their "turn-key"construction company and builders. Based in overseas mission, and now returning to his diplomatic duties, our client has agreed to all our company terms during a meeting prior to his departure abroad. Working alone in his overseas mission, with his wife and family stationed at home, we can update all current progress through the homebased family or via email. A small family of half a dozen, required almost a double in sets of enclosures that included a servant's quarter, a prayer room, a study, and family living room amongst the basics. A unique attachements of car parks for six are equally placed on three corners of the proposed scheme. A central living space is bisected by a line of 'privacy' from entrance doors at the foyer, as detailed by the client.
