Awaiting approvals of drawings and financing, a proposal to convert 3/4 of the area into two fullsize football grounds for public hire begining early 2008 is being considered to be faciliated with spectator stands, teams changing room, showers and toilets, offices, storage spaces, maintenance machinery enclosures, and possibly stadium lights erected in the near future.
