PHI PROPERTIES & MANAGEMENT now based in Ong Sum Ping, Block 91A, Kampong Mabohai (near the cricket grounds across STPRI) is the work base of all activities involving care of properties of PHI. There is always alot to looked after such as general house keeping. This which ranges from grass cutting, gutter clearing, and other minor plumbing works, and aswell as painting of buidling facades and interiors, and electrical repairs and checks, are some of the listed chores done by our staff. On a daily basis, our staff of experienced men and women are engaged with their routine. Our property manager, often goes to location and ensures work is done with care and completion to the professional standard as required. Tenants are able to communicate with our property manager and present their requests and can be immediately received promt attention upon a call, fax, email or sms.
